It has been more than three months since COVID-19 was officially declared in Pakistan. It led to a series of lock-downs and even though the lock-down has been lifted now, most families are still staying indoors and keeping themselves busy. In the midst of this all, worries of weight gain have emerged as everyone has started eating more and exercising less. Taking on this topic, the famous Pakistani singer, Faakhir Mahmood along with his two kids Simone & Naael released a song. Titled ‘Meri Double Chin’ the song has a fun beat too match the hilarious lyrics.
Shot in the comfort of their own home, the kids along with their dad reenact how they have been spending their days in lock-down. The main point being their excessive eating. Several well known artists also make an appearance in the video when the main chorus pops up. Abrar-ul-Haq, Ayesha Omar, Adnan Siddiqui, Maria Wasti, Momina Mustehsan, Shoaib Malik, and others were a delight to see in the video.
