Galiyat Snow Festival 2020 is starting on Jan 31!

Winters in Pakistan are a beauty. The northern areas become a wonderland of white with tall trees hanging overhead. Such is the scene you witness when you enter these places. Recently, Pakistan was credited as the best new tourist spot in the world. The Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (TCKP) and Galiyat Development Authority (GDA) recognized this opportunity to enhance Pakistan’s image in the international arena even more and are hence jointly organizing a three-day Galiyat Snow Festival in the picturesque Nathiagali and other serene spots. The festival is all set to kick off from January 31.
The festival will have a mix of events. The idea is to have a blend of everything under one banner. From skiing, snow-tubing, trekking, biking, snow hiking, bonfire, tug-of-war, snow football, camping to Vlog competitions, food stalls, snow cartoons, jeep rally, the festival will feature it all. There are other activities scheduled as well that will entertain tourists and locals of all ages. It is a very inclusive platform where you will be able to enjoy and have a grand time with friends and family.
How can a festival be complete without having an array of food stalls and soulful music? You should be looking forward to getting some of the best Pakistani dishes and listening to top singers including Ali Azmat and Umair Jaswal. Hamza Ali Abbasi is also set to perform on stage. The different locations of the festival include Nathiagali, Dongagali, Ayubia, Khanispur, and Mushkpuri. This is a grand opportunity for all nature lovers, adventure enthusiasts and winter fanatics to have a grand time. The organizers are all set to cater to a large number of tourists and visitors.
