November is here and so is winter. The perfect time to have all the goodies you have been waiting for since March. Here are some winter food times that help to relax the soul and keep you happy:
- Fried Fish
A delicacy of sorts, the fried fish is a must have winter dish. The fresh fish are available at road sides and malls. You can buy it at good rates and get it all cleaned up. Prepare the best spices for it and dip the pieces in the masala for at least a day. Once the flavor seeps into the meat, you can fry the fish on high heated oil. - Dried fruits
A specialty of Pakistan, dried fruits come in all shapes and sizes. They help you enjoy the winter weather in the most relaxing way. If you have someone coming back from a trip to the north, do ask them to get you a bundle of prunes, apricots, raisins, peanuts and all other delicious varieties of dried fruits.
